Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Ready Stock Orders
Ready stock jewellery is usually dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Made-to-Order & Customized Jewellery
Production timelines for made-to-order or customized jewellery typically range from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on:

Approval turnaround time
Dispatch timelines begin only after all approvals are completed.
Shipping Methods
We ship using secure, insured, and trackable logistics partners. Shipping methods may include:

The shipping method is finalized at the time of order confirmation.

Free shipping may be offered on eligible orders or for contracted clients and will be clearly mentioned in the order confirmation or invoice.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or regulatory checks.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, customs charges, VAT, GST, or any local taxes applicable in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We provide all required export documentation to facilitate customs clearance.
Risk Transfer & Insurance

Risk transfers to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the logistics partner, unless otherwise stated under agreed Incoterms.

Insurance (if included) covers transit-related risks only and does not cover post-delivery handling or storage.
Delivery Issues

The buyer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting images or videos, to enable investigation and resolution.
Failed or Delayed Deliveries
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, regulatory restrictions)
Any additional costs arising from failed deliveries or re-routing will be borne by the buyer.
Partial Shipments
Orders may be shipped in partial consignments based on production readiness or availability. Each shipment will be communicated with corresponding tracking details.
